Not able to log in on different computer

Never had a problem with my own computer or at work but just couldn't do it with an old one at home. Due to loaning mine out I set up the old one and everything seemed to work as normal. That is apart from not being able to log in to the EDF. Anyone hazard a guess why that might be? I thought maybe I'd been banned but it appears not.

You might try typing your password in some other, visible, context, to check that all the relevant keyboard keys are working.
