Thoughts around cheltenham rd se15 area

Hi

On my what seems to be my never ending attempt to find a place to call home - I have found something nice in Cheltenham road se15

The survey says there is a risk of ground flooding? Anyone know this road to flood or the golf course.

Generally What is the area like?

Any info would be great

Quite a busy road and difficult to park at times (if you have a car). Surrounding roads just off Cheltenham road are nicer (I say that because we live off one of them!). Our report mentioned risk of flood which seems loopy as we're on top of a hill... I've never known it to flood (in 4 years).

Agree re parking - no probs for us as we use our bikes etc

And we have lived around there since 2000 and no flooding - but there are some oddnesses going on with increasing recent heavy downpours
