any flying saucer shaped pumpkin thing recipes?

The little greengrocers in Nunhead has started selling some interesting and unusual (to me) veg and I have bought a flat discus shaped pumpkin related veg. Shall I roast it? if so, how? stuff it? disembowel it? any ideas gratefully received!

depends on the texture it roasts to, but with the smaller ones you can never go wrong with scooping out, steaming, mixing into some risotto of wahtever style, stuff them and then bung in oven for 20 minutes

If so, they're called Pattypan Squash and there a lots of recipes online
