Local Podiatrist

Red01

Recommended Posts

After several frustrating months and a lot of limping around I've finally given up on using the NHS. I'd really appreciate any reccomendations for a podiatrist, especially if they helped you overcome tibial tendon dysfunction/plantar fascitis or general biomechanical problems.

Thanks a lot in advance!

Family member went there recently and rates them highly.

I think its about ?32 for a check-up and then it depends on what sort of treatment you need. They sorted out my ingrowing toenails a few months back. Two appointments cost me about ?120. Worth every penny as I was in quite a bit of pain and they are fine now.

I had bilateral plantar fasciitis for three years solidly. The only thing that worked for me in the end was extracorporeal shockwave therapy. Manoj Sood treated me. It was very expensive but I had exhausted every other option (other than platlet-rich injections and surgery).
