Water in East Dulwich

After watching Food Unwrapped on water recently, I decided to check out our local tap water stats. Something interesting I learnt is that if you drink a litre of our tap water, you get 250mg of calcium. 700mg is the daily recommended amount. So a litre of our East Dulwich tap water is equivalent to a glass of full fat milk (in relation to calcium). Evian for example, only has 80mg of calcium per litre. Even more reason to drink plenty of water and get it from the tap!
