Hi All,

Not sure if this is going to be the best place for this to go in, but I've recently moved to the area and now I'm all settled in, I'm looking to join a football team in the area. Saturday or Sunday league.

I've been out of action for a couple of seasons due to injury and a car accident, so looking to get my fitness back and start playing again.

I've played at a pretty decent level over the years (been playing for 23 now...) as a striker but can play anywhere on the field, wherever I'm needed.

Like I said, fitness isn't what it was, but looking to get back out there, meet some new people, have a laugh and enjoy playing again.

If anyone knows of any in the area, it would be great to hear. I drive, so location isn't a problem.

  Our child is in their last term at Goose Green, and after 7 wonderful years we are very sad to be leaving such a wonderful school and it’s special community. Being 2 form entry, It’s one of the smaller schools in the area and it’s also very diverse with an amazing spirit. Brilliant Art and Music departments, staff and a new library.
