Landlord Insurance?

Can anyone that rents out a property recommend Landlord Insurance? Thx

I use Direct Line - no complaints - they offer cover for most eventualities.

Endsleigh. Used them for about 15 years.

In another life Direct Line were quite difficult.

They probably all come with 24 hour emergency support - although the Endsleigh one seemed to have become more restrictive.

Also used Aon once but they cancelled my contract after a dispute over work not done on a claim.

Obviously this is one person's experience.

I've used Rentguard without any issues. Fortunately never had to make a claim.

Would anyone be willing to tell me what facets to their insurance they have? For example, buildings and contents, legal cover, loss of rent etc. I'm not too sure what we should be going for!
