HAVE YOUR SAY ON THE FUTURE OF THE PECKHAM CINEMA & MULTI STOREY CAR PARK

You can use the letter here: https://peckhamvision.wixsite.com/peckhammultistorey

* The Council?s New Southwark Plan (NSP) proposes ?comprehensive redevelopment? of the Cinema and Multi Storey Car Park (NSP56).

* The building would be demolished after 2022 and the end of the leases of Bold Tendencies, Frank's Caf? and Peckham Levels.

* The Council says they would try to relocate the PeckhamPlex cinema, but its future would be uncertain.

* The Planning Inspector said the Council should research long term uses, before taking the final decision. They haven't done this yet.

* If you agree the building's potential needs full examination before the final decision, let the Council know before 5pm on 28th April 2017.

You can USE THE LETTER HERE: https://peckhamvision.wixsite.com/peckhammultistorey

Please feel free to amend or add to the suggested wording.

Over 5000 of us have now sent a letter to the Council asking for a review of the future uses of the Peckham Multi Storey building instead of deciding now for demolition and redevelopment.

One more day to get your own letter in: https://peckhamvision.wixsite.com/peckhammultistorey

You can add, amend or delete in the letter and give your own reasons for writing. The more letters there are the more likely we will get the review and an informed public discussion leading to a better decision.

    • Another great encounter with Aria. A leaking toilet was fixed quickly and cleanly and for a reasonable price. Aria’s always going to be our first call for plumbing work, and he knows a lot of good local people for their types of jobs.
