Not myself, but a local single parent who has been priced out of ED's rising rental market. Any ideas for how to tackle the situation or accommodation welcome. IlonaM Posted December 20, 2018 Share Posted December 20, 2018 If your friend can get a referral to Southwark Law Centre ie via CAB or another charity/agency who could refer (such as Southwark Disablement Association if they have a disability) - they have a very good Housing team (http://www.southwarklawcentre.org.uk/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=48&Itemid=64) which can help get clients past the gatekeeping mechanism at Southwark Council etc..
