How do you dress your tree?

Orange slices dried out over the radiator on a disentangled wire hanger, cinnamon sticks, both the former hung on natural twine, green ribbon, cream ribbon.

White lights.

Star on top.

But don't listen to your family, coloured fairy lights are definitely back on trend :)

We have a white tree from M&S, it was free, we came home and found it in our hall in a box addressed to the GMTV studios a few years ago, how the postman got our address in underhill road mixed up with them i have never fathomed out, anyway we rang the GMTV offices and they didn't seem to know what we were on about, but when we switched on the tv one morning a few days later, lorraine kelly was sitting in the studio surrounded by white christmas trees, so now our tree is named lorraine and is dressed every year in cream and silver balls ( this story should be made into a film by film 4)
