Keef
I'm in a great mood, I'm just celebrating by disliking Murray musch as I always do. (not least because he never seems to be in a good mood)
SteveT
So he's a grumpy young man..........no just a miserable jock who hasn't had his two doubles fix yet.

katie1997
Love Rafa, like Murray - I would have been happy with either outcome. Both great, entertaining players to watch. Andy hasn't dropped a set yet and may it continue. Oh but roll on my favourite tournament in the UK!! :))
Mick Mac
Uk?. Do you mean the All England Lawn Tennis Championships. They are in the Uk and they are open to foreigners so Murray can play.
SteveT
Does anyone know whether Murray won or not?
Keef
Rafa pulled out injured, so Murray "won".
????
You may not like him Keef but Murray was hammering Rafa when he pulled out as Rafa, more generoulsy than you, acknowledged

Keef
You may not like him Keef but Murray was hammering Rafa when he pulled out as Rafa, more generoulsy than you, acknowledgedHe's a great player, and I was being naughty, but hammering a player who is clearly not fit isn't quite hammering Rafa at top form. For the record, I'd be surprised if Murray doesn't win at least one grand slam in his career (especially when Federer retires). Doesn't mean I'll start liking him, or cheer it as a brit win or anything.I never cheered Tiger Tim either, for some reason, for me, nationality doesn't come in to it with Tennis, or most individual sports. I just like who I like.
Help-Ma-Boab
Murray looking good. tip him to lift this slam. Would be great for scottish tennis, and our womans numer 1, Elana Baltacha she's doing not to badly either.
Weegee
I thought it was a great result yesterday. Ok Rafa Nadal wasnt 100% fit...but even so Murray would have still beaten him on this form...(ie look at their 2008 US Open Semi final which Murray won convincely.I think Andy Murray is the best thing to happen to BRITISH tennis in a long time. At the age of 22 he has reached a US Open final, Wimbledon semi final, Australian Open semi final as well as a career high ranking of 2 in the world. I really hope (and I think he will) acheive that breakthrough and land that 1st Grand SlamPaddy Power have put him as odds on favourite for the australian open now!! jimmy two times
He needs to win a grand slam for him to really get to the next level. I think he has the game but I'm not sure if mentally he has it in the big semis and finals. A Grand Slam win would be the springboard for more.
