Recipe for Thai Glass Noodle and Crab Salad

I know, it's only a salad and I shouldn't have to ask - does anybody have a good recipe?

It was on Masterchef, but I didn't write it down and I can't find it on the internet. But it looked really nice!

Thai Seafood Salad

I'm going to be eating seafood salad for years, until I get it right ;)

It should be on iplayer for another few weeks but from what I can remember: -

Basically dressing - sweet - palm sugar, sour - lime, salty - fish sauce, hot - chilli (green I think).

- use pestle and mortar to crush chilli and sugar

Salad - cucumber (julienne), mint, coriander, thai basil (try SMBS or thai supermarket in Peckham near Morrisons) shallots, chilli (red I think)

Sorry thats all I can do off the top of my head. Sorry Crab and rice noodles!!!

Also, this is a lovely recipe for a light meal. We have it with rice noodles.
