Police are urgently appealing for information on the whereabouts of a

77-year-old woman who has been missing from an address in Camberwell

since 3 January 2011.

Lena Malcolm, also known as Molly, suffers from Alzheimer's, dementia,

arthritis and diabetes and was last seen yesterday at 2030hrs at her

home address in Camberwell wearing a light grey cardigan, a pleated

checked skirt with black, grey and red lines and grey slippers. She may

also be wearing glasses and carrying a cream bucket. Her family and

police are very concerned about her current welfare.

Detective Inspector, Ed Facer said: "Lena has taken to carrying some of her personal belongings in a creamcoloured bucket. This, together with her clothing, may cause the public to notice her, though I must stress that she may no longer have the

bucket in her possession."

If anyone has any information please call Southwark Missing Persons Unit
