What to do for an afternoon

Well, here's what we did yesterday, but feel free to add your own ideas.

We spent the afternoon walking through central London to include Museum of London, a walk through the above-ground walkways through the Barbican, then up the Champagne Bar at Tower 42 (which we had to book in advance and spend ?10 at the bar, so naturally we drank champagne). Here's a view!

It truly is amazing. The bar is on 42nd floor and you have to book in advance and each of you to spend ?10 at the bar. However, that floor only has about 150 degrees of view. The restaurant a floor below has 180 degrees of view, but I am not that rich! MrPR took the above photo - my camera is full of that film stuff so they won't be ready for a while! On a clear day we could have made out our flat and also in the north the Alexandra Palace. But hell, this ain't bad.
