Espag UPVC window handles - advice

Does anyone know where you can buy slimline Espag window handles? - Really need some handles that are less proud from the window itself than the universal one.

(I appreciate that getting flush handles isn't possible, was thinking that there must be less chunky ones out there somewhere).
