Family looking for 2 bed in SE London

Hello! We're a new family, with me who works for a charity as their digital bod, my husband who is a stay at home dad, our baby son and 2 cats.

We're looking for anywhere in SE London but Peckham or Lewisham would be ideal as it's where most of our friends are, with outside space for lovely well behaved cats who like to spread their paws, up to ?1300. We'd love somewhere long term now that we can make a home in. Can provide great references etc. We're currently in Streatham but the commute is pretty awful and I'd like to spend more time with my son.

Hey, thanks but Catford is still pretty difficult transport wise. Looking for somewhere nearish overground/DLR and can't go above ?1300.
