Wanted: double room near East Dulwich Station

I'm a single male in my mid-30's looking for a double room within a 10-15 minute walk to East Dulwich station.

I work in professional sport and I've lived in the area for 3 years and am flexible on move date, but looking for something asap and ideally no later than mid/late June.

I'm clean and tidy and respectful of others space. I am happy to pull my weight around the house and keen to find sociable and easy going flat mates.

I like my home to be somewhere to relax, but also keen for summer BBQ's and drinks.
