Single room to rent ?400 per month, SE15

We have a four bedroomed house in SE15. We are a family of four. My husband and I are architects. Our children are 9 and 6. We have a spare room to rent with a separate bathroom for your own use. You are welcome to join us for meals (we would only ask the price of the ingredients). We are asking for ?400 per month inclusive of all bills plus 1 nights babysitting a week.
