Two bedroom flat wanted

Myself and my housemate are seeking a two bedroom flat in the East Dulwich or Peckham area for around ?1,300, though our budget is flexible to a degree depending on circumstances.

We are both mid-twenties with steady full-time careers, and are both from the area and know it well.

We interested in seeing both furnished and non-furnished properties. Ideally we are looking for a long let (app.24 months), though again this is flexible, and are able to move immediately.
