Desperately seeking 2 bed in SE London- near overground or DLR

Hello, I'm married with a baby and returning to work next month. My current commute is awful (up to Stratford >3.5 hours a day) so we really want to find somewhere that has a less awful commute. Most of our friends are in SE London and we'd love to live near anywhere near a ginger line or DLR so I can actually see my son before he goes to bed! Our budget is up to ?1300 and a garden would be ideal as we have a cat. Please do get in touch if you have anything, thank you.
