5 Bedroom House for rent - N Dulwich Triangle

Hello,

We have just spent 6 months completely renovating our home only for my husbands job to take us to New York for the next 18 months. As such, we are looking to rent out our 5 bedroom (4 double, 1 single) 3 bathroom (1 family, 1 en-suite and 1 under stairs) Victorian terrace house on Danecroft Road Se24 in the North Dulwich Triangle. We will be leaving early October but could potentially agree a rental starting as early as late August for the right tenant.

The building and renovation works are progressing well but, it is still a building site so we havent got any pictures to share at this point. Instead we have attached the 3D renderings form the architect who designed the renovation project. We are very happy to show people around to get an idea of what it will look like from mid August when the works complete.

The property has been completely renovated with love and attention to detail and is now approximately 2,000 sqft the top floor has 2 double bedrooms and an ensuite. The bedrooms are interconnected (lockable foldaway doors), meaning they could be used as 1 master suite or 2 separate doubles. The larger of the 2 doubles has floor to ceiling glazing with a glass Juliet balcony and a walk in wardrobe. The smaller double, has significant eaves storage and a built in desk and workspace. The 1st floor has 2 large double bedrooms, a small bedroom and a family bathroom (separate bath and shower). The Ground floor has a large living room, under stairs toilet, utility room and huge openplan kitchen, diner, living space with frameless glass sliding doors (not shown on the 3D plans) opening out onto decking in a 35 foot garden.

Estate agents have recommended a rent of 4000/month but for the right tenant who will take good care of our house we are happy to agree a lower amount - especially if we can get this agreed early.

Ideally we are looking for a let until end 2016

Please pm me if you are interested

Laura
