Hello everyone, I'm looking for a room in East Dulwich asap. I'm male, 25, nice, tidy, clean... I like to live in a comfortable and clean house, with nice people to talk and share our day.   We live nearby and often chatted with friendly Joe. Sad to see him go, he said he was retiring. Heard it’s going to be a café/coffee shop on the day he left.
