Short term let wanted January ->March

Hi,

We are looking for a short term let from the beginning of January until the end of March whilst we have some building work done. We are a family of three with a 2 year old and pretty flexible on rent. Please let me know if you have anything you think might be suitable.

I have a one bedroom flat in SE19 1UY available for short lets (minimum 4 weeks) from late December. Rent inclusive of all utilities, council tax and WiFi is ?375 per week plus 4 weeks' deposit. Please PM for details.

Thanks dillmeadow but we are hoping to be able to get a two bed (ideally with some outside space) so we don't have to share a room with our toddler.
