2 bed property needed for Jan 2016 (one month)

We are a family of four - two adults and two young girls 3 years and 3 months. We have sold our house and are emigrating to New Zealand in February. We need somewhere to rent for the whole of January. Happy to pet sit if required. Many thanks Bridget
