The outside space can be shared - that's not a problem. It would be great if there was somewhere to stash a couple of bicycles too. Rent cannot be above 1300pcm. Move in date would be 12th December latest. Ideally the flat would be unfurnished except for white goods.Credit check, landlord and employer references are available. We are quiet, keep regular hours and are friendly.We would intend for this move to be our last in London, and would expect to be renting our next property for a few years, so please do not get in touch if your property is time-limited.I look forward to hearing from people - please don't get in touch if you are renting for over 1300pcm, that is an absolute maximum unless the sum includes council taxRegards.
