Need a 2bed in Peckham/Nunhead/Dulwich

Hi there. I am a single professional working mother.

I am in need of a 2 bed flat or house in these areas for myself and 3year old daughter. I would still need part DSS, only for the time being as I am looking towards a promotion in the new year that would pay me more. So would be much appreciated if a landlord or agency would consider this. I can provide references if needed.

I need to move as we are in a 1 bed flat and as my daughter is growing, needs her own space. Also would like to be closer to family and friends
