Christmas rental - need any extra space over Christmas?

We are wondering whether anyone local might need a little extra space over the Christmas holidays..

We will be away during the week before Christmas until some time during the week after, and have a 3 bed house, with parking space, available for rent. The house can sleep up to 5 (1 double, 1 single and 1 single/double), is clean and neat (we're not ones for nick nacks). We have a child, so there are some toys available. We have no pets and don't smoke.

We can be a bit flexible on dates, and would prefer to rent through a houseshare/swap site, but are open to discussion.

  Are your neighbours also smelling it? If not, I had a similar issue years ago and found it was down to an emersion heater element failing and putting strain on the wiring, which had to be replaced. Hopefully you can track it down.

  Has anyone else been woken up by an acrid smoky smell in the early hours around CPR/Darrell Road? Has happened a couple of times in the past month, most recently this morning.

  I’ve donated several times. They operate all over london and I think usually it’s an opportunity for these kids. amazing to read the responses to this stuff. As someone has suggested go and have a chat next time
