Great double room of Bellenden Road

We have a double room for rent in a lovely three bedroom house on a corner of Bellenden road in Peckham. Located in a quiet, leafy street, 3mins away from Peckham Rye station.

We are looking for a professional individual, respectful and tidy.

There is currently two of us in the house, plus a friendly cat. We're both in our mid thirties, busy with work, but also sociable and happy to have dinner or a glass of wine together.

The room will be available between 20th of Feb and 6st of March. Rent is ?625.
