Seeking 2 bed property for late June early July

I know this is an early post but wondered if any landlords knew they had tenants leaving at this time. We have just been advised that our landlord is selling the property that we currently rent. We are married and have a young baby. We are looking for a 2 bedroom house or flat in good decorative order with some character and ideally with outdoor space. We are currently in West Norwood but would consider anywhere local near a station. Our budget is 1500 max. We have great references! thanks Christina

  A raptor shot into my back garden for a wood pigeon, which managed to get away before it was grabbed. It was very fast and the hawk was smaller than I’d thought it would be, with mid- and dark-brown feathers. Kite?
