Seeking 2 bed with outdoor space

We have just been advised that our landlord is selling the property that we currently rent. We are married and have a young baby. We are looking for a 2 bedroom house or flat in good decorative order with some character and ideally with outdoor space. We are currently in West Norwood but would consider anywhere local near a station. Our budget is 1500pcm.

We are looking for anything available from late April.

We have great references, and are looking for a long rental.
