Wanted lodgings/studio/one bed in SE22

I am looking for lodgings or a studio or one bed flat in East Dulwich from mid April onwards (ideally for at least a year). Preferably near Peckham Rye or Goose Green but would consider anywhere in East Dulwich. I would also consider a two bed as long as it wasn't too expensive. The most important thing for me is that the flat/space is in good condition with a nice bathroom, etc and enough room for my furniture and bikes! Please get in touch if you think you have anything suitable and if you could send pictures that would be great.
