Required ? Short let in August (flexible on dates)

I am looking for a short-term let for my family who?ll visit in August. Exact dates are flexible as they are coming to help out around the time my first-born is due to arrive. Should be able to sleep 4 people and would ideally be located within walking distance of Honor Oak Park, or a short bus ride away (Brockley, Crofton Park, Forest Hill, East Dulwich etc.) Please PM - looking forward to hearing from you.

  Called them to rewire a fire alarm. They asked for a photo which I have sent as well as details of a spotlight that needed changing, I have no reply from them since even though I have sent WhatsApp messages trying to understand what the issue is.

  Are your neighbours also smelling it? If not, I had a similar issue years ago and found it was down to an emersion heater element failing and putting strain on the wiring, which had to be replaced. Hopefully you can track it down.

  Has anyone else been woken up by an acrid smoky smell in the early hours around CPR/Darrell Road? Has happened a couple of times in the past month, most recently this morning.
