Short term let: double room next to ED station from 25th of April

Hello!

I'm looking to rent out my room for up to 6 weeks from the 26th of April to the 10th of June while I'm away on business.

It is a very large double room in a 3 bed house with kitchen, two receptions rooms and a garden, on St Francis road next to East Dulwich station.

?180 per week, that includes rent, high speed internet/WIFI, water, electricity, gas, and council tax.

My flat mates are in their mid-twenties and are working professionals.
