3 bedroom rental wanted

My 2 friends and I currently live in West Dulwich and would like to stay in the Dulwich area (preferably closer to North Dulwich station), but my landlord is selling up so we are looking for a new house. We are very good tenants, employ a cleaner and are generally competent handy(wo)men and gardeners so nothing would be neglected! Thanks for your response. Unfortunately Nunhead is too far east, we're really looking more around the Dulwich area. Maximum budget is 2000 pcm, so realistically we're probably looking at the Gipsy Hill end of West Dulwich for 3 double bedrooms!
