Modern 2 bed garden flat with green views

Recommended Posts

Our current tenant has been with us for over four years, has always dealt with my wife and I direct, and is only leaving as she is buying a place of her own. We're gutted to see her go. She served notice earlier this week and would like to be out in about a month although her notice period is two months. We are looking for a long term tenant.

The flat is in an 8 year old block on Rye Hill Park (at the top end of Peckahm Rye Park), backing on to the (grass covered) reservoir and has a lovely long view out of the kitchen window over the allotments. It is the garden flat and is the only one in the block of 9 that has direct access to the communal garden. There is also the bonus that not a single other property overlooks the flat, it feels like you're in the countryside.

There are two almost equally sized bedrooms with decent storage space, two good sized and hi spec bathrooms (one of them is en-suite, the other is directly opposite bedroom two), decent sized and dual aspect lounge/diner/kitchen, and secure parking for one car, although not everyone in the block has a car so parking multiple cars shouldn't be a problem.

The rent is ?1,500 per calendar month, with the guarantee that there will be no rent review for at least two years.

Pets are welcome although any damages caused will be noted during the inspection carried out by a professional company at the start and end of the tenancy, and will be charged for.

If you want more detail or wish to view, please send me a message through the forum or post a reply to this thread.

Many thanks,

Dan

Hi Dan

Your property sounds great! My partner and I are currently looking for a place exactly as you describe. However we wouldn't be able to move in until the last weekend in July (30th/31st).

Would these dates work for you? If so, please could you send over some pictures or could we perhaps arrange a viewing next week.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks

Felicity

Hi Felicity,

Photos will be a problem as I don't have any and we live in West Sussex, however our current tenant is happy to be there for viewings so how about you PM me your email address and phone number and I'll put the two of you in touch.

I'd rather find the right tenants but with the 'wrong' move in date, than find the wrong tenants.

Many thanks,

Dan
