Summer sublet in shared house with sunny garden

I'm looking to sublet my room while I'm away over the summer (so from roughly 8 July until the end of August/some time in September - I'm flexible!). Rent is ?540 including bills, and the house is just off Goose Green, seconds away from Lordship Lane. The room is furnished and is nice and light with two windows, one overlooking our lovely garden.   Dulwich needs more coffee shops,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Could do with a nice affordable greasy spoon type set up since Maria at the Grove cafe moved on. Dulwich cafe now also gone. They were great little places and always a familiar face or two about when we paid our weekly visits.
- Where can I get contemporary upholstery braid / trim for armchair etc?
