We are a creative couple looking for an affordable and temporary accommodation for 3 to 6 months in exchange for high end carpentry and painting skills and odd jobs. The property doesn't have to be in such a good condition as we are willing to complete some of the tasks, such as painting, cleaning... etc. We are hoping to hear from people based around 5 miles of norwood, streatham, brixton.   Our child is in their last term at Goose Green, and after 7 wonderful years we are very sad to be leaving such a wonderful school and it’s special community. Being 2 form entry, It’s one of the smaller schools in the area and it’s also very diverse with an amazing spirit. Brilliant Art and Music departments, staff and a new library.
