I have a double bedroom in my 2 bed split level victorian conversion flat available to rent. The room has an extremely comfortable double bed with storage drawers, a covered clothes rail, chest of drawers and table. It also has a space for a book shelf, additional chest of drawers if needed. It's very quiet with a view onto the garden.

You'll share the flat, including the brand new bathroom and kitchen, with me and my cocker spaniel - so a love of dogs is a must! The flat has a garden with a large decking area great for BBQs, and is in a quiet street in East Dulwich near to Peckham Rye and Dulwich Park. We're about 10-15 mins on the bus to Peckham Rye, Forest Hill or East Dulwich stations.

It would suit a professional male or female - and I would also consider a Mon-Fri let. Do pm me if you think this is a place you could live for a while.
