Hello. My girlfriend and I are looking for 1 bedroom flat with outside space in the area of ED/Peckham, if possible to move in September. We are a professional couple needing a long term flat to call home. We are clean, tidy and respectful people. Our budget is 1200? monthly rental.

Hi Alistair, we have a large one bedroom flat with a great kitchen and bathroom in camberwell grove - available in September or early October, although the flat does not have much outside space of its own we could come to some agreement about garden use if you like the flat.
