Wanted: Double room for lodger

We are a moving and need to find a place for our lovely lodger. Please do ask me about him. He has been a dream lodger. He has one double room and stays in it. He works shifts and has a girlfriend that he regularly stays with, but doesn't stay with him. You hardly know he's there. He is a great help, working for basic labourer pay he has fenced our garden and does a lot of work for the elderly of Herne Hill.

My landlords are moving and I am looking to rent a room in the area.

I am a 62 year old Hungarian man. Non-smoker and non-drinker. I have been working at Guy?s Hospital for 8 years. I also do DIY and gardening in my spare time.
