If it is all about the location to the station, then this three double bedroom top floor flat is the one for you! You lucky things will be able to punch the snooze button a few times given how close you are to Forest Hill Station and still make the train or Overground on time.

A lazy weekend can be enjoyed having a mooch around the Museum and Gardens or take a dip at Forest Hill Pools.
