Short term let 3/4 bedrooms Copleston Road - Now Taken

We are looking to rent out our house during Jan and Feb while we are are travelling. We would be offering the use of 3 bedrooms ( 2 with double beds, 1 room with a small double which is ok for 2 children or 1 adult). We also have a nursery with cot bed which we could make available if required. There are 2 bathrooms and a downstairs loo. The whole house was renovated this year and so is newly decorated.

We are located within a 5 min walk of the shops and restaurants of Lordship lane and also 5 mins from Bellenden village and are a 4 min walk to East Dul station or 15 min walk to Denmark Hill or Peckham Rye (or 5 mins bus!).

It is available from 3 January to 4 March but if it was required earlier we could probably arrange for that.

It would suit a family either living locally doing work on their own home or for an extended family visit.

Rent would be negotiable depending on length of rental etc.
