Our flatmate is moving out mid December, and a smallish double room is becoming available. Sharing with a man and a woman (not a couple). Would suit someone easy going, clean and tidy, not too noisy who doesn't have too much stuff. The rent is cheap (450 per month, excluding bills - about 70 pounds) but about right for the room to be honest. The rest of the flat is pretty good, with a big lounge, decent kitchen, and a roof terrace for the summmer, plus a great location opposite the park. 30 and over. Dan and Cherie

  No - won't come close enough for me to scan him, but he's eaten a couple of times. He may be eating in a few houses apparently, but not sure if he has a fixed abode. I'll keep a look out. Thanks for following up.
