Hey! We are two art students looking to find a lovely flatmate (preferably a girl) for 3 months while our other flatmate is away in Australia. The room is available from Jan- April and is fully furnished.

Ideally located in East Dulwich, our flat is just across the road from East Dulwich station, multiple bus stops and 15-minutes' walk from Denmark Hill Station. There is also a massive Sainsbury's less than 2-minute's walk away and it's open until midnight!

Rent is 550 a month, bills excluded.

  I agree with Head Nun. My experience is very similar and has been so for the 25 years I've lived in London. They got a lot worse after the Tour de France came here though. And then the Olympics.
