Short term let needed

My husband and I are looking for a short term let during renovations of our property in Nunhead. We have one child (5. We are looking for somewhere from mid January for 3 months. Please let us know if you have anything available. We are smoke, pet and (sadly) party free :)

i m looking to travel 2/3 months from january as every year

I have always let my apartment and has always worked out ok for everybody

I am attaching a link for you to see some pics but price is different than the one on airbnb so just leave it for now and we can discuss that in person

If Interested it will be nice to meet in person to see the flat, getting to know each other and discuss details

I can be very flexible on dates and time of your staying. only thing for me is that I need to be back to work end of march (if not last week in march it might be first one in april)

I am a very genuine, respectful and reliable person and i expect the same

Eventually I will organise little contract with reference and credit check for us to be formally ok
