House or flat required Feb & Mar 2017

Hi everyone,

We are a family returning to New Zealand after 2 years living in ED. Husband has to return to the UK for Feb & March 2017 due to business commitments so is looking for a short term let for this period. Can pay the rent up front and happy to have a contract for just that period. Quiet, clean, responsible and can provide references etc.

Ideally from around early Feb until March 25 but can be flexible. Ideally in the SE22 area as we have love lots of friends in the area.
