Product designer couple looking for 1 bed flat

Hello there!

We are a professional couple who work in Peckham / New Cross and are looking for a 1 bedroom flat. We're two product designers and we make educational products to make science accessible. We have our workshop in the Bussey Building, and would love to find something in the area! We're looking for something around the ?1,100 mark. We're very quiet tenants, and being product designers, we take really good care of the flats we live in, fixing bits and bobs ourselves and leaving the place in a better shape than we found it. We're looking to move in mid February.
