Hi, my partner and I are looking for a 2 bed garden flat in the ED/Peckham area, beginning April or May.

We currently live up by Goose Greene and love the neighbourhood. Willing to spend up to 2000/pcm for the right place.

What we are looking for:

- 2 bed flat

- private garden a must

- dogs allowed (we have a well behaved spaniel)

- furnished or unfurnished, we are flexible

- period conversion

- bright, open plan preferred

- long term - looking for a spot to make our home
