Our 2/3 bedroom house is available from mid-March. Very sunny, large kitchen/dining room, two reception rooms, front and back garden. Extremely quiet as at the end of the cul-de-sac. Close to both East Dulwich and Denmark Hill stations. We are hoping for long-term tenants, but will consider short lets too.   Another recommendation here for Jason. He came to plaster over a section of ceiling that we had to remove in order to investigate a leak.   Apart from swooping birds of prey, the Fox, Cat's Heron's, Pike, Gull's, Crow's etc will all take chicks of various sizes if the opportunity arises.
