Large bright room in family home ?600 all inclusive

Hello, we are looking for someone to rent our lovely room on the first floor of our house. There is just that room and one of our two bathrooms on that floor. The room has a lovely view over the garden and is fully furnished. The wifi is good and included, along with a weekly clean. The kitchen diner is spacious and well-equipped. There are four of us in a five bedroom house - two adults and two friendly teenagers (17 and 14). We have a cat, who is also very friendly.
